Brown Belt World Champ Gabriel Oliveira Promoted to Black Belt

Team Alliance standout Gabriel Oliveira, the brown belt who took top honors at Pans and Worlds, has rightly received his black belt. Oliveira was promoted this weekend, and world champion and coach Mario Reis was hyped about it:

In addition to Pan and Worlds 2019, Oliveira was a brown belt medalist at 2018’s Grand Slam RJ and Worlds. We look forward to seeing what the young Brazilian does on the black belt competition circuit.
