Don’t Let Bad Knees Stop You From Double-Legging Everyone

Bad knees can really make wrestling and jiu-jitsu a lot harder for you, so it’s a shame that so many of us have damaged or just plain achy knees to begin with. Still, bad joints don’t have to stop you from destroying your opponents with your takedowns — you may just have to modify your technique a bit.

In this video, Alec Baulding demonstrates a great double-leg for those of us who do have bad knees. Whether you’ve done some serious damage to your joints over the years or just want to be able to lay off the Advil after training, this technique can help you dish out some destruction without hurting yourself more. Check it out!
