Whether it’s a quick “Nah, not today” while you’re slipping out of a teammate’s armbar or a full-blown conversation, a bit of chatter while attempting simulated murder isn’t uncommon to hear. But is it a good idea to talk mid-roll, or could it be detrimental to your goals (and health)?
