It was just last year when Tim Sledd released his Leg Drag Workshop DVD which received largely good reviews from the Jiu-Jitsu community. Since that time, all sorts of leg drag videos have popped up on Youtube to explain the position even further. This position, though not exactly new, wasn’t very widely known or used either. Until the DVD was released, only a few high level guys were actually doing anything with it.
Now, it seems everyone has created some variation or attack from the position. What was once largely ignored, is now a very popular position. Whether you are a guard player, or a guard passer, this is an important position to learn; not only to put people in it, but to escape it as well. So today’s video is a kimura attack from the leg drag position by Tim Sledd himself. Watch and enjoy.
