Some technique names are downright weird, but when Andre Galvao taught his purple belt, Adam Bradley, how to do the “Scorpion Death Lock,” he was well aware of just how savage this submission could be.
Bradley whipped this shoulder lock out on his first-round opponent at SubSpectrum 6 over the weekend, and needless to say, it works. While Bradley didn’t take home the gold for his entire division (That honor went to Goran Reljic.), he earned the Submission of the Night for this sneaky and effective move. Check it out below!
