Ocean County Jiu-Jitsu coach and second-degree black belt, Tom DeBlass, had a rather touching moment at his gym – and he caught it all on camera.
Tony Rickey, a blue belt, decided to use one of Ocean County’s classes as his chance to propose to girlfriend and black belt, Lana Hunter.
